Bil, I agree, family does and always should come first. But dude, 32oz Guinness, Harp and Bass ale....even though Bass tastes like crap.

Ryan V. is gonna set me up with a similar lifting program like he uses. Besides Rhino next March, I'm planning on Woodland being my first of the year. I have three goals for '06:
(1) Lt hammer over 100'!
(2) Hvy hammer over 90'!
(3) Qualify for the MWC in July...held in Inverness, Scotland!
