Subject: I think some people are reading way too much into the video. I watched it again to really try to see the previous posters point. There was ONE photo of Nakia at state during the "appearance" section that could be considered questionable. The point of the vid is to attract new contestants to compete in their pageants. We all know where the photo came from but young ladies new to pageants don't. Do you really think that has an impact on their overall experience as contestants? The only appearances that weren't official or scheduled appearances were the ones from the Miss USA pageant. Angela and Kim are very well connected in their community and have very open communication with the Chamber in each city. This whole argument is petty jealousy. They are hands down the best, most involved, local directors in the state. (NT) -- I've know Kim for many years. She is very organized and plans every detail out months in advance. If you were in Los Angeles at that time you would have seen all kinds of title holders walking around with their sashes on, even those not affiliated with the Miss USA Pageant. I am not sure about the judgement used to choreograph the dance but it was a good pageant., 13:49:10 10/26/04 Tue I heard that they weren't happy with their choreographer for the Daytona pageant because the dance was questionable. It was someone they trusted to do a good job so they didn't have her show them the dance until she was teaching it to the contestants. Kendra Waller choreographed the Volusia pageant which was awesome. (NT) -- I think the Daytona pageant had flaws and if you TALK to the directors, they are the first to point them out.
