Subject: I don't think people are reading this message properly. Here is the quote about fun "It is so competitive now, there is so much tension and pressure, the girls are so focused on winning that I think some of them are forgetting to just have fun and enjoy the experience". Notice the word some instead of all. In terms of the natural thing I kind of agree. Subject Author Date I don't think you are reading the respone properly. The person was supportive, just didn't agree with the implications that the pageant was so competitive that it was hard to have fun and that the finals were made up of girls who were not prepared to be "natural". I read it the same way and I also disagree. It is possible to have fun and to make the top 15 by being natural and yourself. She never said that the top 15 wasn't natural. I think you are just reading pieces of the sentence and concentrating on one or two words instead of reading them in context.
