Ok guys (if there are any) and gals,

I'd like to know your thoughts on the new chase for the cup. Here are a few questions:

1. Do you like the new system?

2. Who would you MOST like to see win the title this weekend?

3. Who would you LEAST like to see win it?

4. Who do you think WILL win it?

5. If you could improve the Chase in one way what would you do?

Let's have fun with this! I am really anxious to see what you guys think on this one! =0)

Ok I realized I posted this and then didn't even answer the questions myself! LOL! That's not really fair so here are my answers:

>would you do? I would expand it to the top 15 teams instead of the top ten. There were several teams that didn't make the Chase this year that could have been in contention if they had made it (ex. McMurray, Kahne, and Jarrett). While there are a few teams that did make it, that haven't had a prayer from the beginning. Maybe separate them by more points, but do top 15 not just 10. (Just my two cents. LOL! And that's about all it's worth!)

Since I'm new to Nascar, I don't know a lot about the old system. However, I would like it to be the top 15 at the end of 26 races with 11th place still having the extra million incentive.

I would like to see Mark Martin get it too.

I'm thinking Jimmie too due to him having the momentum, but they've proven that anything can happen...so who knows...LOL!

I completely agree with you! I know no one has won the championship from 11th place, but at least Jamie McMurray and Kasey would finish in the top 10 this year if they went with the top 15 after 26 races. I think it would be more exciting too!

Not really, I think the old system was better than everybody had a change and it was the average of the whole year for everybody

Jimmie, I think he deserves it. My husband is a 24 fan, so he wants Jeff to win off course.
