Tears streem from her blue eyes as she hugs the mare. *Lady I am sorry. How could I do this to you?* She says between sobs. Quickly she kisses her nose like she always did, she opens the gait and leads her out. She puts her in the cross ties and calls the vet. As she waits she cleans the stall, then gets a new water bucket with clean, fresh water. She picks up the stall and puts a bucket filled with warm mash up to the wall, allowing her to eat. She continues to cry, shame burdens her heart. She brushes herk, trying so hard to get her clean. She picks out her feet, covering them in a green solution (forgot what it is called) to keep away the thrush.

Soon the vet arrives. He worms the mare and gives her spring shots. He checks her mouth and gives her 3 vitamins as a box full of them to Allie. ^That'll be....450 for the overall check up, the shots, the worming and the vitamins.^ Allie sighs and hands him a check.

Allie sighs, as she watches the mare. *I have never done this before and NEVER will again.* She grabs a comb and sits for 6 hours or so brushing her tail. She leads her to the bathing stall, where she uses warm water to clean her. She dries her with a towel until she is clean. Leading her back to her stall which Allie had cleaned. She sighs and sits down in the stall with Lady's Bid
