I used to do bondo ears with pretty good success however it seems you can never get two sets of ears to look identical.
The key for me was to use very little hardener and do one at a time and constantly shape and thin them as they started to dry and harden.
If your question is you got bondo ooozing out of a hole you thought you sewed up than the key with cleaning it off the hair is to get to it before it gets hard otherwise you will lose the hair.
