Mat, hey buddy. I can give you my method not that it will help but its worth a shot. I usually trim my ear butts completely off. Turn the ears. and rubb some laquire thinner over the inner ear area. Take a coat hanger metal type. and cut off 1 of the neds leaving you about 12 inches of a v shape. or 1 of the elbows of the hanger. Mix up your bondo. and not overdoing the hardner. I usually use enough to say about 2 tablespoon fulls. for 1 ear. Now what i have found that makes a great ear is i purchased a tru ear form from dan chase supply company. A large ear form. once you slide the hanger down inside your ears and apply the bondo slide out the hanger keeping the bondo inside as best as possible. work the bondo around to the tip. and then quickly place the ear over the tru ear form. and shape the bondo over the form. this will give you a beautiful bondo ear.Like anything it takes a few times of trial. but it works very well. Also keep a damp wash cloth handy incase you have a blow out on any part of the ear and anybondo that may eas out you can simply whipe away the excess before it kicks off and hardens. Best of luck Ray
