Hey Steve. I was going to try the same method. but i have found that by useing the laquire thiner on the inner ear works very well.I don't know about a hair dryer, have never tried anything like that before. The thinner works well and also helps remove any moisture in the inner. ear. helps also to turn that ear inside out and whipe down with the thinner and let the air get to it. As far as useing the dryer sheet and super glue.Thats what i was going to do with a deer from earlier last month that was brought to me. a guy cut a nice 3 inch slice down through the ear to stick his tag through so i turned it away.As far as if it were my own personal cape. I would give the sheet a try . Larry also mentioned a method on the ear thing a little while back i believe also on fixing that problem.Ray
