Subject: Mink ears and feet

I am new to taxidermy and have a mink and ermine to mount. With the ears being so small is their any easy way to turn the ears. I have not seen a tool like the one used on larger ears. I am assuming it is a must to turn the ears on small aminals.
As far as the feet go should I split the pads to get out the fat and flesh or can I accomplish this by turning the feet inside out and fleshing out the pads.
