Bill turn those ears nice and easy,try taking a #12 scapel surgeons blade available from Click Here Van Dykes and since they are a curved blade you can very easily cut the membrane and split the ear then salt down inside well,then just cut you some milk jug plastic for ear liners.

You can cut Earliners from the heavier plastic jugs for the bigger animals such as coyote,bobcat,coon and all small animals saving the cost and making more money that way,Hope this elped,Larry
