I agree with the above engine guide lines,but would just like to say 2 stages of n20 should be ok OK,fogger or plates -

is it possible for the turbo guys who run bigger than 88MM
for tech to hand them some sorta restrictor - so they do not have to make any changes or spend more money associated with buying an 88mm?
this would allow the guys with the 101s and the 106s to just adapt to the rules -

I would also agree with the no coil overs rule
