March 1 : 13m˛ entirely furnished separate trainee room for a no smoker (!) female renter; at 5 minutes walking distance from metro-station Herrmann-Debroux and 2 supermarkets Carrefour/Delhaize, 12 min walk from European Commission BEAULIEU, 20 min by metro from EC/EP, next to ‘Forest of Soignes ’; on 3rd floor of an occupied safe single family-dwelling in a residential quiet green dead-end street; joint semi-installed kitchen 11m˛ with eat-corner and separate bathroom 8m˛ with toilet, washbasin and large shower cabinet shared only with 1 other female trainee at the EC; central heating everywhere; dishwasher at 1st floor; common staircases; 28 € charges, 2 months renting guarantee asked, extra charges for use of washmachine; ironing free, limited possibility for Internet, highway at 1km.
We had 8 trainees at the EC uwho recommended our rooms up to now in four years' time, who wants to be our 9th trainee renter ? Family atmosphere, cleannes, confort, security assured.
