A nice and bright furnished room will be available from 1st March.

It is a very nice and charming duplex with wooden floor, fully furnished (dish washer, cable TV, wireless internet, washing machine, dryer, etc.), fully equipped kitchen. It is well located in a very safe area just next to the Parc du Cinquantenaire and only 5 minutes on foot of the metro MERODE. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops & supermarket. Both rooms are situated on the 2nd floor.

The rent is 525 EUR per month all charges included.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and responsible female flatmate, non smoker (professionals preferable).
