Subject: Perfect available room from now or from september

We are living in a big house with german, belgian, italian and greeks flatmates
For the community, We have 3 bathrooms, 2 livingrooms, 1 bar, a garden, one big kitchen, few cellars; you have your own bedroom of course.
You can use television, dvd, video, washing machine when you want.
The rent is 380 all included.
The place is 8 minutes walking from Shuman and EU.
The room is available right now, if you are interested, i'm waiting for your call :)
