is it gone yet?

i'm looking for a room to let, starting the first of october. my budget is about 400 euro a month. i'm a 23 year-old american woman who has just gotten a permanent job in brussels (because the commission didn't accept me for a stage!). i immensely enjoy cooking and socializing--and altho i know people in brussels, it'll be a new city for me and i'm looking to share a flat with current or recently graduated students, so as to meet more people.

i speak english and french and spent the last year living in sweden. i think i'm going to be working a lot, but i'd like my home to be a cozy and friendly place. currently i'm living in france, but will move to brussels on 18 september. your living situation sounds like it might work for me--let me know if it's still free.
