waking up in her little space she usually took by the fire place she lets out a long, soft growling yawn as she stretched. moving out of her curled position and sitting up she blinked her golden eyes tiredly around the vacant front room a bit. a small, curious sniff or two told her no one was around. getting up and streching again with a soft growl she started towards a window and looked out. opening it and sticking her head outside to a slowly setting day, taking in a deep breath enjoying the fresh air. a strange sound catching her ears causing a little twitch she pulls her head back inside and closes the window turning and looking around curiously wondering if she was only hearing things. hearing the sound again she shook her head knowing she wasn't hearing anything and looks towards the back room curiously. she was already told by her dad not to go into that room but youthful curiousity filled her, "i'll just press my head against the door to listen...thats not disobeying..." walking up to the door and pressing her head against the door where it met the frame. strange steps inside, were they steps at all? other strange little noises she never heard before as well sparked more curiousity. a twitch of her snout and a soft growl as she listened and sniffed curiously trying to figure out what was inside.
