Pageant Begins:
0-3 Babies ( Girls & Boys) & 4 years and up ( Girls Only) = 10:00 Am

Age Divisions:
Babies: 0-12 months, 13-24 months, 2 years, 3 years

4 years +: 4-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-18 years, 19+

Entry Fee: $50 Supreme Entry!

**Must enter all events ( except Overall Personality) to qualify for Mini & Grand Supreme Titles.

DOOR Overall Personality ( Optional ): $20 ( Can enter this at the door)


Competition Guidelines:
Beauty : Each contestant will go to the center "X". Babies should smile, be cute, and charm the judges at this point. Ages 4 years + will go to the center "X" and state their name, age & contestant #.
Attire: Dress of your choice! We recently changed this rule!

** NOTE: Attire for this event is not being judged! Only the contestants personality, Stage Presence and Charisma!

Modeling: Any modeling durning the beauty competition should be done on the front center "X" only.

** NOTE: We understand that with young children anything is possible..... so we expect the unexpected and do not deduct points for such situations.
** NOTE: Ages 4+ should be able to go on stage by themselves. Babies (0-3) must have 1 adult on stage with them at all times.
**NOTE: Ages 0-3 years no makeup allowed at all durning this event. Ages 4 years and older are allowed light age appropriate makeup to enhance their features.. Clear Lip Gloss, Clear Mascara & Small amount of blush ONLY!!!!
** NOTE: Music will be provided. This event is 40% of your total score towards the mini, grand supreme titles.
** NOTE: The contestant with the highest beauty score per age division will be crowned our age division QUEEN..... unless such contestant is pulled from winning beauty becasue he/she won the Grand, Mini Supreme or Overall Personality title!

** NOTE: When the contestants that are 4 years and older announce their name, age and contestant number... this part of their score will go toward the Overall Personality title for those who enter this optional category. For ages 0-3 years, thier stage presence score will be used toward the Overall Personality title.
** NOTE: In case of a tie, we will break the tie by the judges choice. In the case of a tie for the Overall and Supreme titles we will take the Photogenic score to break the tie. If their is still a tie then it will be the judges choice.

Photogenic : Please submit any size photo at registraion to be judged by our panel of judges for the photogenic title per age division.
** NOTE: Judges prefer 8*10 or 8.5*11 head shots.
** NOTE: Please do not mail photos. Only hand in the photos at registration. Photo will be returned at the conclusion of the pageant.
Photos that are submitted can be black/white or color. Head or full body shots will be accpeted. Snapshots are also accepted at this level of pageantry. Photos do not need to be professional. Ages 4 years and older are allowed to have some light age appropriate makeup on in the photos. Ages 0-3 years, NO MAKEUP ON THE CONTESTANT IN THE PHOTO. No glitz or Glamour photos will be accepted!
** NOTE: Do not ask for this rule to be bent. We stand firm on all of our rules. This event is 30% of your total score towards the supreme titles. The contestant with the highest photo score in each age diviison will be our photogenic winner.

Side Awards : You will be judges durning a group line up for your age division. Side Awards include judgment of the contestants hair, eyes and smile.
** NOTE: Judging of these events are self explanitory.
Ex: Their will be a winner in Hair, a winner in smile and a winner for eyes in each age division.
** NOTE: This is a total of 30% of your total score towards the supreme title.

Door Overall Personality (Optional): is determined by the person who has the highest personality/stage presence score over every contestant in the pageant.

Mini Supreme: is determined by the contestant who has the second highest overall conbined scores from all events over all the contestants in the pageant.

Grand Supreme: is determined by the contestant who has the highest overall combined scores from all events over all the contestants in the pageant.

** NOTE: Good luck Wishes have no bearing on the pageant itself. It is simply another way for the contestant to enter for free and gain more prizes.

**NOTE: All winners will be photographed for our website!

** NOTE: Crowns, and Trophies are larger as the title gets more higher!!

Sibling Discount:
First child is full price, second and subsquent children are $10 off. ( This discount does not apply to the Overall Personality Event)

Raffles:
We will be having several raffles durning the pageant. At the crowning ceremony we will announce the winners of all the raffles. We will be awarding the following through raffles:
FREE Entry into State Finals 3ft Victorian Collectible Porcelin Doll

**NOTE: There will be no admission fee for the audience for this preliminary pageant.

Refund Policy of 5 Star Beauties:
If you pay for a pageant and are unable to participate in the pageant, your fee will be forward to the next pageant of your choice directed by 5 Star Beauties. There will be NO REFUND!
If for any reason your contestant is disqualified, you will not receive a refund and your fees will not be forwarded to an upcoming pageant by 5 Star Beauties.

The only way that a refund will be given, is if the director of 5 Star Beauties cancels the pageant for any reason and a refund is requested by the contestants gaurdian. Otherwise the fees will be forward to the next pageant.

You the undersigned also understand that no refunds will be given at any time, unless otherwise indicated in the paperwork. You the undersigned agree that bad sportsmanship, and bad conduct from the contestant, their family and friends will be cause for disqualification. If the rules are not followed , the director has the right to disqualify you from that event or the whole pageant without refund. You the undersigned agree to all the terms in this paperwork.
