Age Divisions
0-12 months, 1 year olds, 2 year olds, 3 year olds, 4 year olds, 5-6 year olds, 7-8 year olds, 9-10 year olds, 11-12 year olds, 13-15, 16-18, 19-up. 19-up will be split to 19-26 and 27- up if 5 contestants per age division is filled. More age groups may be added at discretion of direction. Age groups are never combined! We do not have boy divisions.
30 day Grace period on age, we have added more age groups and larger cash prizes this year!
Ultimate Grand Supreme
This will be the one contestant in the whole pageant with the highest combined scores of Beauty, Casual Wear, and Fitness/Swimsuit this contestant will receive an 18” custom made HEAVENLY ANGELS crown, monogrammed sash, custom made Heavenly Angels Jacket, and $2,000 bond or cash equivalent on stage.


Grand Supremes
This will be the three contestants one in each supreme division of 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up with the highest combined scores of beauty, casual wear, swimsuit/fitness wear and interview 5-up. These three winners will receive an 18” custom-made HEAVENLY ANGELS crown, monogrammed sash, monogrammed Heavenly Angels Jacket and $1,000 bond or cash equivalent


Novice Grand Supremes
This will be the three contestants one in each supreme division of 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up with the highest combined scores of beauty, casual wear, swimsuit/fitness wear and interview 5-up. These three winners will receive a 18” custom made HEAVENLY ANGELS crown, monogrammed sash, monogrammed Heavenly Angels Jacket and $1,000 bond or cash equivalent. To qualify for novice you may never have won over $200.00 at any pageant within the past 5 years! Lying will cause disqualification with no refunds! You must sign a paper noting your status at registration.

Age Group Grand Supreme
There will be a Grand Supreme winner in EVERY age division! These titles are awarded for the highest combined scores of Beauty, side awards, Interview 5 and up, Casual wear, Fitness Wear/Swimsuit. You may not win Beauty and Age Division Supreme both. You will be bumped. Grand Supremes will win a 12 inch custom crown, $200.00 bond, Custom monogrammed banner, nice gifts and more surprises!


Age group Beauty Winners
There will be a beauty winner in each age group. The winner will receive an 8-inch custom-made Heavenly Angels Crown, monogrammed sash, nice gifts and more surprises!

Age Group Runner-ups and Semi-finalist!
All runner-ups will receive a 5-inch custom Heavenly Angels crown, monogrammed sash nice prizes and gifts! Semi-Finalist will all receive a 5-inch crown, monogrammed sash, gifts and prizes! NO ONE goes home with out a crown and sash!
REGISTRATION FEE COVERS VIDEO, TEE-SHIRT, and 1 Door Badge

__________$125.00 registration fee entry received August 1st 2005 Money order only!
__________$150.00 registration fee entry received after August 2nd until September 15th 2005.
