2005 Pride of America National Extravaganza

Date: Labor Day Weekend~ September 2 - 4, 2005
Registration begins Friday September 2nd
Interviews by appointment on Saturday
On Stage competition and Crowning on Sunday Morning for ages 2 –1 4
and Sunday Evening for ages 15+

Reservations must be made by August 1, to receive the $72 per night pageant rate.

ONE FEE PAYS FOR ALL COMPETITIONS!
Contestants entering the competition will compete in Interview, Application, Casual Wear, Patriotic Wear, Talent and Evening Wear. A Professionally Choreographed Number that the contestants will partake in will not be scored.
The person with the highest score for these combined competitions wins the PRIDE OF AMERICA title for their age division.

7 ~ Division Grand Supremes (2 - 4) (5-7 ) (8-10) (11-14) = the contestant with the highest total combined scores in ALL events will win the PRIDE OF AMERICA title, plus
$5,000 SAVINGS BOND* BEAUTIFUL LARGE ROUND CROWN * SATIN MONOGRAMMED BANNER * SCEPTER * CROWN PIN * AWARD * JEWELRY * TRAVEL BAG * $500 VISA CARD * ADDITIONAL PRIZES

1 ~ Division Grand Supremes (15-18) = the contestant with the highest total combined scores in ALL events will win the PRIDE OF AMERICA title, plus

6 ~ 1ST Runner Up Supreme (2 - 4) (5-7 ) (8-10) (11-14) (19 & up Miss/Ms) (19 & up MRS. ) = the contestant with the 2nd highest total combined in their division will win the 1st Runner Up title with all of the responsibilities of the titleholder should the titleholder not be able to fulfill her reign plus $2,500 SAVINGS BOND * AWARD * PRIZE PACKAGE

4 ~ Teen Division Supreme (15 - 18) = the contestants with the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th next highest score will win their respective titles with the 1st runner up to take on the responsibilities and prizes of the division winner should she not be able to fulfill her reign, plus
$10,000 UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP * AWARD

All other Teen delegates will receive a $4,000 UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP
Additional Runner Up Prizes in all divisions will be Awarded dependent upon the number of entries.

Pride of America is a natural scholarship competition and does not allow make up on divisions through age 14 with the exception of powder to deter shine of lighting and clear lip gloss. Ages 15 and up should wear appropriate natural looking make up. No hair pieces, fake tans, etc. allowed (nails are OK).

Competitions will be broken down into two events. The lower divisions ages 2 – 14 and the upper divisions age 15 and up. Each Event Division has their own itinerary. Production numbers will be taught by a professional dance company. Workshops will be available for teaching the expected walk and answering questions.

Outtings and dinners will be happening for each Event Division.

Fees: Pride of America National Pageant ONLY $595
$95 deposit gets your title to represent. Balance of $500 to be paid prior to August 1st. Final paperwork will not be dispersed until final payment is made. Paperwork needs to be returned by August 5th. No late entries. Any discounts won after fees are paid will result in a refund of the discounted amount.

Additional high point door optionals available but not necessary to win the main title.
