I have a 41 Chevy frame that already had a Mustang IFS installed w/SBC side mounts. I recently aquired a 383 BLOWN SBC and need to move motor more forward or motor will be in cab with me. I'm mounting a 54 Chev P/U body on it. It was suggested to use a motor plate rather than the motor mounts I now have, I'm running a Muncie 4 speed. What motor angle am I looking for, pinion angle? Is there a good reference book to get to do this? I'm a newbie at this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Later.
