 "九鐵署理行政總裁"黎文熹自2004年1月起出任此職後，
一直不思進取，做事太馬虎，出任此職位後，只顧自我享樂，
在位兩年半，公司並無寸進，人事混亂，年收三百幾萬，
無所事事，只是間中做下裝修火車站的表面工夫。
實際白坐兩年半，卑鄙到極，浪費社會資源，重容賤精，
實際應該早早辭職，以謝天下。
若這個"九鐵署理行政總裁"繼續笄留任，實在是人間之禍。
