各位同事，你們好。
我是本局一個老員工，最近本局所發生的一齊事情，我也看得很清楚。現在我有少少愚見希望和各位同事分享。希望各位同事也可以集思廣益，為本局想想將來要行的路。

一、接受顧問報告書內的意見，實施一個總裁和兩個副總裁的政策。由楊總裁、宋副總裁和初副總裁繼續帶領本局前進。

二、由 Mr Raymond CHENG 帶領 HAD 重上正軌，因為鄭先生在人事管理方面甚為出色，在行內無人不識，更被譽為本港人事管理上的先驅。

三、邀請李志喜大律師等人，為本局設立投訴委員會，以便加強局內溝通。

希望各位同事可以聽取愚見，和加入一起討論。
