 Do you know the whole picture? I as one of the Council employees having the protection from the union members can work positively with expectation that the management will find much difficulty in making unfair treatment towards the staff. WHy they keep on being confronting? Why they keep on sending email?　because the management keep on doing unfair treatment towards staff and because the management keep on ignoring any enquiries from the union. I am happy that the management this time made a very "foolish" decision and the union can teach a serious "lesson" to the management this time. I quite support the union members that because the management like to hide behind the name of "management" that they cannot be "blamed" or "accused".
