I've never known the act of HKPC Staff Union untill it newsletter released & from my boss. What they are doing are shameful? I was invited by them to join the Union last year and I am lucky enough not join them. From my observation in these few months, those active members are full of themselves, negative, not focus on work and even late at work. They are only finding ways to damage Council. I'm lucky I have not joined at that time!!! Nobody Posted : Sun, 12 Jun 2005, 8:21:07 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your civil servant are definitely overpaid. If I was the boss, I would fire all the deadwood instead of letting them play around the policy. It definitely waste the money of our tax payer. Unit Head Posted : Sun, 12 Jun 2005, 9:41:42 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What the Union now doing is unneccesary and hostile? It is dominated by a few problematic staff with poor attitude! You can see the Francis Lxx, quite a lot of staff lending money to him. Designers, they are used to complain supervisor to Council and the Government many years ago. Printing staff, they are famous of uncooperative attitude and my staff were so afraid of them and they made copies in their own copying machine. I think HKPC management is too kind and lenient to those rubbish. How do we run our unit and perform if those rubbish keep demaging Council's image and management. It's time to take some actions!!! OJLover Posted : Sun, 26 Jun 2005, 2:42:29 AM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The union is full of trouble makers trying to save their ass hiding behind the veil of the union. You should set good role models to other staff instead of wasting your time campaigning for a crazy guy doing nothing but claiming sxx discrimation and insubordination. choice Posted : Sun, 26 Jun 2005, 4:01:28 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Colleagues, We are at the cross road. One way leads to salvation while the other leads to the ruin of HKPC. A problematic staff had been ternminated. Our union is backing him. While it is usual for the staff union to back staff, I suggest that we do so wisely. Backing the wrong staff, one that is not worth backing, will only divert us from our course. The choice is ours to make. Please do so wisely. Really! Posted : Tue, 28 Jun 2005, 11:36:32 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you're his supervisor talking about the new assignment for almost half a year and over 10 times but no progress, actually, he is wasting the public money.
