Here to TRY to help the similarly afflicted and others' who are unaware of their issue....
-------

Nice innovation Skin Tight!!

It seems that the silicone thread may just have good memory (important) as well as stretching.....both are important factors.....I will be watching your reply with much interest.....

QUOTES: from thecrystalphoenix.com
The secret is a high tech polymer that will not crack or harden over time. Non-fraying ends makes beading so easy.

We only recommend Stetch Magic to be used in making bracelets. The amount of stretching you need to do to get the stretch magic over your head for necklaces, will over stretch this elastic and it will not return to the original length. ( I think most of use will be okay then........lol)
SNIP

It seems that this company imports and wholesales stretch magic, elastoma and lots of other materials... One can only guess which will work best......

Anyway, skintight, I am sure we all look forward to your updates. After my first tie success and my 2nd/3rd failures, I am thinking hmmmmm...what to do.....

I think we certainly need to apply some sort of anti-skin binding like petroleum jelly or such.......In tribe lands where you use ants teeth to chew through frenulums omg, their apply ghee or such to probably stop the skin healing back together. Maybe my cable tie idea would work better as it can be clamped bit by bit.......... with a 2mm clamp spread, the skin could not join together, but...... would it create a massive skin death/gangrene under that 2mm clamp zone?????? who knows, who wants to find out..........not me.......I will wait......

I wish we had more feedback from others' :(
