Im not a doctor but thanks for the compliment ...

First you need an accurate diagnosis ... as Im always saying - phimosis is a general term and it doesnt describe the various specific reasons or causes of the phimosis - most usually frenulum breve or phimotic ring.

We cant discuss treatment until we have an accurate diagnosis.

Your doctor will almost certainly be unable to diagnose you - most doctors havent studied the specific forms of phimosis (and usually just suggest the all cure circumcision).

Please diagnose yourself, you are in a far better position todo this than your doctor because you can examine the flaccid and erect penis - go to

You mention one doctor had suggested stretching in the bath at the age of 3 - shame such advice is not more common.

Please now or at some future point explain why you want to treat your phimosis - could there perhaps be a sexual reason? - I believe it is because men in previous generations never talked about their problems that we have problems now - The intention of my site was never to treat adult problems - the intention was to encourage child care in good time.
