Subject: Re: Betnovate Cream- where to get?
In reply to: Skin_Tight 's message, "Re: Betnovate Cream- where to get?" on 23:06:22 04/30/09 Thu

Skintight,

Wait a couple more days for any swellings to finish settling, then evaluate if you need a second stitch. The frenulum, once cut does sort of deflate. Now, the trouble is that, if your "new" frenulum still has a weakpoint due to it now being thinner(weaker and more prone to ripping) it means you need another stitch to really finalise it......This time, you should be able to unfold the foreskin, and see which blood vessels you can avoid lol..........

You don't need to tell me about needing 4 hands........
I have a lack of flexibility (my body) and am overweight so I can't really bend enough to get close to the stitch zone and I wear glasses lol.............

In the end I used a clamp to fasten a 2.3x magnifying glass to my desk, shone a light through and then looked through like that....lol

However, you can use a camcorder with dv output and direct monitor preview, but the program must have a full screen preview.......omg... SUDDEN THOUGHT USING MY BRAIN If you have a tv and av-out or such. you can get the whole image and do your surgery like that.......................live..........

Yes, in my photos I did clearly say that you may need at least 1 stitch before you can even do what I did (unfold the frenulum etc argh!)

I fully suggest getting a ballpoint pen, emptying the contents, sterilising and then putting this on one side of the area where the needle is to go through........The needle holder will obviously go through from the other side. The advantage of this is that you can get much more intricate control instead of clumsy, hammer/chisel equivalent fingers........

However, if you want to stretch instead then you will need at least a good 6 weeks and go onto this wonderful website,

http://www.network54.com/Forum/244184/

which I fully respect and am posting on..

Jim, and Paul B have all of the info there. (it;s all in the posts)

About stretching skin.........Skin IS capable to be stretched massively, when I say stretch, I mean stretch, not rip. If you rip you get scar tissue and bad healing. If you stretch slowly the skin will repair but it takes its time. You must stretch past the target length/width for a couple of weeks. Then, when you stop, the shrinkage will happen but will NOT shrink back to the pre-stretching regime length/width. Anyway I learned that from the site I mentioned above.

PAul B's opinion of hydrocortisone is that it is better than nothing. However, do remember it can cause adrenal failure if you use it in big quantities and too often for too long. You do not want that....... The 1% Betamethesone/betonovate? will help you much more but obviously as a STRONGER STEROID it has more potential for adrenal failure indications.

You can still stretch without creams, but remember the steroids have a skin thinning effect...... once you stop applying regularly the skin will build again..............

Also, Paul B from the site above recommends using emla and betadine (a modern iodine/microbicide sterilising cream)
with the tying, if you have it done. I think he would recommend that a professional do the process. Oh, and apparently, skin specialists might be able to do the job, but that's for you to find out........

Yes, it does seem that there is so much hypocrisy.
In England, people are having a hell of a time with a think 25 alcohol policy. Yet, people of 18(poss maybe 21) can buy a set of kitchen knives, pencil sharpeners(with very sharp blades) stanley knives, hammers, hmmmmmmmmmmmm. funny innit?

Castration of sheep so ruthlesssly done. Here today, gone tomorrow.
I like your sense of humour lol, it's quite like mine, but then let's face it, how many people were brave/mad enough to post their penis tying needle piercing photos online?

Hehe.
I have ordered stretch magic........... I can't wait to tie myself up again......... o.O

Sweeney's pretty unexciting signature. Here to TRY to help the similarly afflicted and others' who are unaware of their issue.
Let's crack this and stop circumcision and stop the sale of foreskin's to make skin graft starter's. QUOTE One foreskin can
yield enough cells to make four acres of
grafting material END
