Are you referring to the top or the bottom strip as seen on your 'before&after' photos? I hope it has settled down on its own by now, but if it hasn't, what do you mean by `tightening`? On the other hand, if you tie it off by putting another stitch, I suppose you'd go just below the frenulum, no farther down, right? Perhaps you have some more recent photos.

I'm also concerned about those little skin tags or "nodules" that tying may leave, what do you think it would be the best practise to minimize/avoid them for cosmetic reasons? Perhaps do the tying gradually in steps, each time going a bit deeper after it heals?
