When did your puberty begin? 13

When did you first notice pain or difficulty or tension? 16

When did you realise this wasn't normal? 18

Personally did you have the feeling that there was something which was not entirely correct with either your foreskin or your frenulum - or was this only as a result of informing yourself?

no clue that there was anything unusual with my penis. I was suspicious when I watched sexual content however I lead myself to believe that every man was circumcised which explained why the heads of their penis' were exposed.

Which condition do/did you have?
Partial Phimosis (can only retract when flacid) and frenulum breve

Before the operation:
Did you masturbate normally? yes with no problems
Have you ever had wet dreams? yes

Did anyone else ever masturbate you? .what happened?. yes. Hurt as the girl was pulling down hard and took longer than usual to reach orgasm.

Did you have intercourse? what happened? Yes with and without a condom.
With a condom: no problems left foreskin un-retracted (not that I could anyways) and rolled condom over the top with no trouble. Intercourse was fine and the girl gave no sign of noticing any abnormalities. This lead me still to believe my penis was normal.

Without a condom: There were no issues due to the female being sufficiently lubricated and I did not need to be slow to avoid pain for myself as there was simply no pain I could enter all the way in. However if I was to have sex say more than two times in that day then as there was less lubrication thus came the first time i experienced pain as the friction tried to pull my foreskin over the head of my penis. The way to combat this I found was saliva which allowed me to re-enter and continue without problems.


What I think I may need to do:
I think that a frenuloplasty is necessary to allow the foresking to go over the head during an erection.

However I am not sure about getting anything done to the ring as since I can retract my foreskin whilst flacid I feel I may be able to increase the size of the ring to accomodate an erection. I beleive I could achieve this because before I discovered this condition I could not retract my foreskin even when flacid and seeing as the ring has grown I do not see why I could not repreat the same even further.


If just getting the frenuloplasty does not work I would then hope to get a partial circumcision however I am wondering whether it is possible to get one after a frenuloplasty? and also whether a partial circ. is a standard procedure on such a health service as the NHS. Sorry if you don't know about the NHS however someone discussed it on the site and may be able to help.
