Subject: Fremelum Breve? Partial Phimosis?

I have a big problem which I hope this forum can help mwe with.. I can masturbate unretracted, retract my foreskin when flaccid but when having intercourse my foreskin clumps behind my coronal ridge causing tightness.. the above has resulted in me not being able to ejaculate during intercourse.. this is of great concern and I dont know what to do. I fear it my wreck my relationship with the woman I love and is wrecking my head.Could anyone advise me??
