Yea I used stretching. I couldn't even retract my foreskin when flaccid and could only pull the foreskin back to show about 5mm of the glans so I went to the docters and he told me to try stretching. I didn't use any cream or anything (docter didn't seem to be an expert). With-in 9 days I could fully retract the foreskin when erect but I think it worked so quick for me because anytime I had a free minute, I would be stretching. People suggest doing it once or twice a day in the shower (easier to stretch with the hot water) but I would just stretch anytime i was watching tv alone etc. All I did was pull the foreskin back as far as I could, held it for 3mins and then would just constantly pull it foward and back for quite a long time. I was very anxious about the problem so was very dedicated to the solution but if you just stretch once a day it will still work but just take longer. As far as sex goes I would sort this out first. When you insert the foreskin will be pushed back and if you can't retract it won't be comfortable so just hold out till you can retract. Also stretching is 80-90% successful but make sure you're problem isn't a "frenulum breve" which could require very very minor surgery.
