That's a nice & informational step-by-step guide on tying up frenulum. I'd just did it according to his instruction and currently awaiting the results in few days. In my case though, I use dental floes as thread and sewing needle, without any anaesthetic cream application therefore it hurt & bleed a little, just like a needle poking through skin :). Once done, I applied a little bit of vaseline petroleum jelly to seal off the area from bacteria and urine. Will keep this thread posted when results is out.
