Hi everyone,

Thanks for this thread. I think the tying up procedure is what I need to do. I have a severe case of frenulum breve, such that the glans is pulled when I pull the foreskin even when I'm flaccid. As such I want to thread the suture as deep as possible.

I have a question: When threading the membrane underneath the frenulum, how deep can I safely go? I am worried about hitting the urethra for example.
