Hoy, ti la sal-salawasawem!! Saanak nga superiora.. ken same city, saan mo pay la nga in door-2-door.. hak hak hak.. ngem no agpayso, most probably, na-misplace. It does happen (it happened to me, too).. Good news is.. it doesn't happen often.. USPS is not perfect, just like any other business out there, but we're committed to doing the best we can.. always looking for ways to improve. I'm sorry it had to be you, though, if it were true.
