Actually, the theatre does NOT own a projector. Presenting movies nis a good idea, though. We would need to come up with a concept that wasn't being addressed anywhere else... What would that be??

There are thousands of retired seniors within a five-minute walk of the theatre. The GST could leaflet the highrise apartments and screen 35mm classics as five-dollar daytime matinees. It would leave the theatre open for evening productions and open a new revenue stream by engaging a largely untapped neighbourhood demographic.

Classic Movies could be presented in a series with a common theme such as Errol Flynn; Lon Chaney; Busby Berkley musicals; MGM musicals, early Science Fiction; etc.
