Well, to identify one party: What about Shakespeare in the Ruins? I wonder if they would be interested in doing a show or two during the fall/winter? Although I have no connections to this company, I do know they do have strong following who would more than likely enjoy seeing their shows outside of their regular outdoor season. But, like I say, I don't really know, just thought they might be a company worth pursuing. I know there are a whole bunch of logistics to considers for this, but it's just a suggestion.

Or, this may already be thought of, and it would take some doing on somebody's part, but what about starting a theatre company that works strictly out of the gas station. Could be called "The OVCC Players" or something like that. Just like another kind of MTC, or, PTE. Now,I know plays cost money, and there are other logistics of this that must be addressed as well, but it's just another idea.

SIR has already been contacted but then the building went on the block. It would still be worth a phone call as the situation as changed.
