WHY DON'T YOU GO TO WORK FOR THEM UNDER A TN VISA.THEY DON'T HAVE TO SPONSOR YOU FOR THIS TYPE OF VISA. YOU ONLY NEED AN MLIS AND A CANADIAN PASSPORT.
