I'd like you to prove that you actually know something about the newspaper business. It seems to me that, if you *do* know something about the business, and you're content to stay at the TL to piss and moan, then you may think you know the business, but you know nothing about committment to the career or to your readers.

On the other hand, if you are *not* at the TL, yet feel compelled to piss and moan, your observations are irrelevant, all the same, because you offer nothing but cynical criticism.

Now, why don't you get back to work and spread a little of your sunshine.
