I am smiling. I have made thousands of times more money than I ever did at the TL. And I am happier. There's isn't a better combination. And the true health of a newspaper (sorry Mr. Journalist) are the ads. Without the ads there would be no paper (and therefore you wouldn't have a job) and the TL's ad count is down. Some of your sections are four pages. For God sake's. That sucks. And I would say your ad count is probably the worst among papers your size. Not an award I would want to win.
