What are you fucking nuts??? Allison is an asshole. If she wasn't a strong, ass-kicking woman, she would have been a decent human being. She sucked. And who gives a fuck whether she got excited over a big story. I worked with her for 9 years and this is my take: If you were a female who could possibly outshine her you were gone. Same goes for males. Look at her record: No one that worked for her EVER moved above her on the corporate ladder. That is NOT being a good boss. In fact, it makes you a shitty boss. She couldn't stand the fact that there were many, many people more talented than her. The people who got along with her appeased her and didn't stand up for themselves, which must be you.
