For what it's worth, Mr./Mrs. Feminist Backlash, I am surprised Iseman didn't go too. Dave and Allison were two peas in a pod. Both were loudly righteous out loud and in print but cut corners and played fast and loose with ethics in fact. Both bullies. Their management styles were so intertwined (insert sexual joke here), I thought of them as a package deal.

Anyone who fires a borderline mentally disabled news clerk in the middle of the newsroom in the middle of the day doesn't have "balls." Anyone who does that is ultimately small. Allison Walzer, at least in how she ran the newsroom, was a great deal of sound and fury signifying nothing.
