Can you not read as well? IF you are not the US royalty director then this is not your matter. You decided to make your mole hill a mountain when you brought yourself into this mess. For One everyone was talking about the US royalty director and not your prelims that do or do not still happen. For Two the director will not answer simple questions that everyone should know the answers to before sending in that kind of money. And Three if your prelims cost under 100 then I think we arent talking about you then are we. We have problems with everything pulling red flags with the 170 PRELIM
