You cant expect people to hand you $170 per child when they dont know who you are, even if you dont want to get into your background you still at the very least need to state your name. I've never seen a pageant where the name wasnt given. Unless you have something to hide there is no reason not to, a lot of directors and vendors have children who also compete and dont seem to have issues with it. Your pageant will not take off if you refuse to at the least state your name.
