Lady don't get all bent out of shape- I worked in legal for 3 years in college- no matter WHAT people sign, if their dd breaks their ankle at your pageant tripping on the stage- they CAN sue you-doesn't predict the outcome- but it CAN happen. If a fight breaks out in the audience and you took money for admission-anyone that did get hurt CAN sue you as well since it would be considered a closed event. If a child tripped on the stairs going onto the stage and broke her nose, you CAN be sued.
Just b/c other businesses do not have insurance does not mean it is right. You can not get event insurance after the fact. Most malls will not let you have a pageant there unless you have event insurance.

But I think most pm's here do think fraud when someone comes out and gives a fake name. Something prostitutes do, dancers, but not a director trying to hold a little girl's beauty pageant. This person could be a pedophile for all we know-
