Subject: FYI: No trivia this week. I hope everyone has a great Xmas in whatever

capacity you can. It's hard to not see family and go to holiday parties, but we are an adaptable species and we will get through this. On Wednesday, We played Santa and dropped of gifts, socially distanced, to family members and at my mom's assisted living facility. It's not ideal, but the best we can do in a pandemic. Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and everyone take good care of yourselves!

I have hard a hard two years. Went up and down with depression and really just took it one day at a time. What I have learned is enjoy your family and tell them you love them all the time. Having my sister and Dad die unexpectedly in the same year just blew my Mom, sister and me away. We all took it so hard. But for the kindness of others I am doing better. I am so thankful for my faith, family and friends. So enjoy the holidays and love and peace be with you all. ❤️🤗

It's been a hard year for me with all the volunteer work I used to do at the art museum as a docent being cancelled for 9 months now, watercolor classes in person cancelled, basically my social life is kaput. We lost 2 elderly aunts, but luckily not to Covid, and a BIL of mine tragically ended his own life and my sister is picking up the pieces. But... we have twin grand-nieces or nephews on the way, and everyone is healthy. Life is still good, and we have reason to be hopeful now with the vaccines.

I won't see my mom on Christmas day. The assisted living facility stopped allowing visitors the week before last. But as sad as I am, at least I know she's safe. She will be getting a vaccine at some point soon, so that's encouraging. Skw, I am so sorry about the losses in your family. Grand nieces and nephews are awesome. I was able to visit mine from a distance yesterday and there's another on the way! And yours are going to be twins! That's going to be fun.
