is reporting that their sources have confirmed 100% that Per Soap Opera Network: "ABC has received and turned away offers to purchase "All My Children" and "One Life To Live." Apparently the reasoning behind ABC's decision not to sell is a fear that another outlet could make the shows a success, when ABC couldn't, which therefore would create more backlash for the network canceling them in the first place. Since the cancellation announcement "One Life To Live" has soared in the ratings and has surpassed both sister soaps, including "General Hospital."
ABC is very selfish!!!!
