Hey Guys,

I really wanted to share this with you, as you have been so helpful to me about this issue (giving me so many tips on Insulin and blood sugar). I have left out a few status updates on the problems I am having with my chemo induced Diabetes (driving me crazy here). I had blood sugar of 104 until my first chemo treatment, and it shot up to 231 immediately, and only rose even higher as the treatments progressed. I thought it would be temporary, but it wasn't. Having to take chemo in pill form every day, as I do now, doesn't help matters. It's made me pretty sick, and even at 100 units a day or more of Insulin, I was still not seeing numbers in the low 100's ever (scary). I figured that with these high levels of Insulin being injected daily, I should at least be able to see normal numbers at some point here (the Insulin is making me sick, so it's been a bad situation).

I know that most of you will remember how much I harped on taking Cinnamon for people who need to control their blood sugar levels (Cinnamon kept me from having Diabetes all these years even though I was borderline and Insulin resistant). It kept me in check and was even helping to fight the cancer. It's a wonder drug, but my Cinnamon supplements stopped working once I began hitting these high's and went into full blown Diabetes. I have ordered in every brand you can think of and used massive doses to try and get this better under control along with the Insulin, but it did nothing for me anymore (and trust me, I have every brand you can name).

Something made me go to iHerb and start looking at sugar control supplements again such as Bitter Melon, etc. I found myself looking at Cinnamon again and thought, what the hell am I doing here as I have all these brands and enough Cinnamon to spice up a country by now, but there was this feeling. I found myself looking at a completely different form of Cinnamon that had multiple positive reviews called "Cinnamon Force Softgels" by New Chapter (a full spectrum Cinnamon that is supposed to be the most potent of all). The delivery system they use is patented and very potent. There was this one review that stood out for me and led me to buy this and it was from someone who has been taking Insulin for years without getting any real results and that none of the powdered Cinnamon capsules had ever truly helped her. That she does not need to take Insulin anymore because of these softgels, and that her doctor is stunned. That got me because I have a bezillion brands of powdered Cinnamon that are useless to me now (and both types of Cinnamon too).

I ordered this in and felt almost silly doing so because it was probably going to be a bust (and it's the most expensive one out there). For the past 4 days that I have ingested two of these tiny softgels, I have not needed my Insulin but once! John and I are shocked! I am so used to just injecting 50 units the minute I get up, and having to repeat it later in the day just to get myself to the low 200's, and cannot believe my eyes here (this particular Cinnamon formula is NOTHING LIKE THE OTHERS). John looked at me last night and said this is crazy, how can this be more powerful than your Insulin! I had just finished eating and even had a few Ginger Beers for nausea (low amounts of pure cane sugar, but sugar nonetheless), fully expecting to see a number in the high 200's and even 300's as usual, and it was 161 after eating! I decided to take 3 today just to see what would happen and realized that they are so powerful that you actually have to be a little careful. My blood sugar was a number I have not seen in almost two years (and with no Insulin)! It was 127 after eating today (and I had my Insulin out ready to inject and put it away)! This is all from this brand of Cinnamon and this particular formula! I have never seen anything like it in my life! I can't say it's a fluke after 4 days of this! I have always known about Cinnamon and it's amazing power on blood sugar, but the regular capsules from many various brands stopped working for me. I felt stupid even trying cinnamon again because I had just done so last week in vain desperation and it was still so high.

I don't know what the future holds, but if it keeps working like this, I may not need Insulin anymore! I never considered this as a possibility with my blood sugar so dangerously high, but this beats it back like nothing I have ever seen! If anything, I have to be careful because if I had injected my normal dose of 50 units today, I would be dealing with low blood sugar after using these! If this can help someone like me out there, who cannot get their Diabetes under control, this stuff is the bomb! I got it at iHerb, and now I am praying they never stop making this because no other works for me anymore! Hope it can help my fellow Diabetics out here (of course you need to run it by your doctor, yadda yadda. etc).

It's called "Cinnamon Force" By New Chapter (softgels Non GMO Verified Formula)! I can't believe this works when all the Insulin in the world wasn't working at all! Thank you God! Crazy (but in a good way)!

I was wondering if you have heard of the caution regarding liver damage from cinnamon supplements? I read to speak to a doctor before taking these, due to liver issues. I hope it works out for you.
