Raven, I am one of your "lurkers" who has enjoyed your uniquely personalized column from way back in your pre "sabbatical" days. You are the steady friend I could always rely on to shoot from the hip right here online. I am truly devastated by the news of your diagnosis; however, I will not let our collective heavy hearts keep out the positive thoughts I'm sending your way...and I'll be sending them everyday. PLEASE STAY POSITIVE. KEEP AWAY FROM GLOOMDOOMERS, and God bless that doctor for his second look. We love you, girl.

Thank you for all your info on inflammatory breast cancer. Many doctors do not recognize what is wrong with the patient until the cancer is so advanced. If we can inform people and save even one life, all is not lost. We have to be our own doctor/advocate whatever. In our country you must take your health in your own hands. Don't look back. My friend did everything right, masectomy everything and still the breast cancer returned in the same breast, this is also very unusual per her doctor. I have always enjoyed your info, your humor, and your love of our beloved soaps. God bless you. I will pray for you.
