Such a positive outlook goes a long way. I have had a great experience with accupuncture for arthritis. I would consider it, also reiki. Total believer in alternative methods as a help in treatment. I pray you will be feeling better soon and are on the road to a full recovery.

As a cancer surviver, I can tell you that 90% of the battle is optimism and hope. By all means, LAUGH, LAUGH...all you can, even if no one else is around. Your body doesn't know that you are just laughing for yourself!! It is transforming. Believe me, I've been there.
