SoapNet is not a production company, it is a network that has rights to air the shows only. ABC/Disney is both. They produce (pay for the cost of the show) which is what ABC is cancelling. Prospect park is going to be producing the show moving forward but they are not airing on Network TV rather internet based viewing. Internet programming can be seen via your TV (with certain capable devices) or computer.
